As we build momentum in the new year, look to change it up.
Do something that is surely not in your comfort zone.
For me, YouTube videos, a radio show, and posting on social media all begin in 2025 regardless of the extreme nervousness I feel.
To build momentum, do something in your personal life that is scary.
Tackle that and then attack the business task that scares you!
I was terrified of doing a Polar Bear plunge on New Years Day.
In the end, it was not anywhere near as bad as I had imagined.
Now it is an accomplishment, not a fear.
