Jeff has been a loan officer working at mortgage banks for 30 years.
A lifetime of working in the industry, coupled with Jeff’s “streetsmart”
understanding of the everyday issues of life, create
a unique view, expressed in Jeff’s Common $en$e.

Jeff’s problem-solving skills are often on display when dealing with a lending issue.
Nothing is more satisfying to him than finding a motivated borrower who is willing to
follow guidance, fixing them, making them mortgageable, leaving them in a position to
own a home and to enjoy the future in that home.

Jeffrey Lafazan lives with his wife Sandy, on Long Island, NY.
They are married for 34 years and have 3 sons in their twenties.
The three have graduated from Cornell, Wharton & Harvard. 

Jeff’s passions are boating and travel with his wife Sandy,
when he is not playing tennis with his 3 sons.
